Shipping policy

Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be extended. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount, as indicated on our website. 

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability and costs will be displayed at checkout if offered. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments. 

Order Tracking 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Triple Gambit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package arrives damaged, reach out to us at team@triplegambit.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage for assistance.

Address Accuracy & Changes
Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.
